All Theophish products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand process.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or fulfillment times.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Theophish is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Returns & Exchanges

At Theophish, our mission is to create products that carry both meaning and responsibility. That’s why we don’t operate like traditional fashion brands when it comes to returns.

Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, don’t worry — we’ll replace it and cover the cost. No extra steps needed.

First-Time Size Mistake

We get it — finding the right size online can be tricky. If this is your first order and the size doesn’t fit, here’s our solution:

  1. Donate or gift the item to someone who could use it.

  2. Share the moment on social media — tag @Theophish and use #theophish

  3. Email us the link or screenshot at support@theophish.com

Once we see it, we’ll send you the correct size for free.

After Your First Order

For future purchases, please check our size guide carefully before placing your order. We won’t be able to refund or replace items due to size mistakes beyond your first order.
